Qualifications:

• Active Nevada real estate license

• Minimum 2 years real estate agent experience

• Bachelor's degree 

• Interest in investment property and working exclusively with investors

• Real estate technical skills; proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Google platforms, general technology, good with raw data, and analysis

• Real estate underwriting and analysis, general proficiency in understanding and calculating common metrics for investment properties
